Abstract
Background: Endometriosis affects millions of women worldwide. This study evaluates the efficacy of Minimally Invasive Surgery in managing this condition. Methods: Prospective cohort study of 50 patients receiving Minimally Invasive Surgery. Results: Significant improvement in symptoms with 83% response rate. Conclusion: Minimally Invasive Surgery represents a valuable therapeutic option for Endometriosis management.
