Abstract
Background: Urinary Incontinence affects millions of women worldwide. This study evaluates the efficacy of Lifestyle Intervention in managing this condition. Methods: Prospective cohort study of 100 patients receiving Lifestyle Intervention. Results: Significant improvement in symptoms with 78% response rate. Conclusion: Lifestyle Intervention represents a valuable therapeutic option for Urinary Incontinence management.
