Abstract
Purpose: Compare clinical outcomes of Medical Management and Laparoscopic Surgery approaches for Pelvic Floor Repair. Methods: Randomized controlled trial with 100 patients. Results: Medical Management showed superior outcomes in patient satisfaction. Conclusion: Medical Management may be preferred for Pelvic Floor Repair in appropriate candidates.
