Objectives

• Evaluate clinical outcomes of Minimally Invasive Surgery therapy\n• Assess patient satisfaction and quality of life\n• Compare efficacy with standard treatments\n• Identify predictive factors for treatment success

Methodology

Prospective cohort study with 100 participants. Random assignment to intervention and control groups. Follow-up period of 12 months.
